Firstly, I hope you and your families are safe & healthy at this time. With First Responders in my family, I have truly felt the effect this Pandemic has had on us and our community. Second, I have felt it immensely as a business owner. This is a long road we have ahead of us, and I look forward to working with my wonderful staff & amazing clients to keep our small waxing business safe, alive & thriving.
There will be changes at OC Waxing to help get us back on our feet, and to also keep our Employees & Customers safe and healthy. This is our top priority & we are committed to making sure you are safe. Please read on to see our changes & understand what we need from you as well!
HEALTHY- We ask that any employee or persons entering into our salons to be healthy without fever, cough or sickness.
ALONE- We always welcome children in our waiting areas, but for the foreseeable future, we ask that you come to your appointment alone
MASKS- We will wear masks while servicing you, we ask that you bring and wear a mask as well.
FACE WAXING SERVICES- We will NOT be offering any face waxing services at this time. Things do change and we eagerly await to be in a more comfortable spot to offer these services.
LIMITED SERVICE LENGTH- We are limiting time spent in the rooms with your Waxologist. Appointments at this time cannot be longer than 1 hour. We understand that clients want many services done, but we must keep our Waxers safe & limit exposure times in the room. Again, we eagerly await the changes that will make us feel more comfortable to offer longer times in the rooms.
LIMITED STAFFING- As we follow re-opening guidelines, our locations will be operating at 25% capacity. If you don't see an availability at your chosen location, switch to another location & see the availabilities there
NO DESK STAFF- At this time, OC Waxing will not be able to have Desk Staff, so you will be with your Waxologist from the beginning to the end of your time with us. As we re-open, this is a trying time for us while we try and rebuild from the devastating closure we have experienced, so we appreciate your patience & understanding
ONLINE BOOKING- Your online booking abilities are always available and we encourage our clients to do so at their leisure. You may pick your Waxer, location, time, book and cancel. Should you have any problems with your online account, shoot us an email and we can fix it for you. If we have your email on file already, simply click "forgot password" and you'll get a link to reset your online account
CLEANING & DISINFECTING- We are super-duper on the cleaning front, but now is the time where we will take it up 10 notches. We are extending services times to allow for more cleaning, we are disinfecting high-touch areas after every client & we have touch-free ways for you to checkout
SALON HOURS- During this time of rebuilding, we will not be open on Mondays & Tuesdays. Our schedule will remain the same Wednesdays through Saturdays. Our goal is to get back on our feet and be open with our regular hours as soon as possible!
PATIENCE- There are MANY other "back of the house" changes at our small business that we are trying to navigate. This closure has been nothing short of devastating; with no government assistance, it is a very trying time. I appreciate your patience with these changes, and I am grateful for your support of OC Waxing. Without you, we don't exist!
