Scheduling Policies:
We ask for 24 hours notice for cancelling appointments. Cancellations made less than 24 hours may result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled appointment.
No-show appointments will be charged the full amount of the treatment scheduled. Your scheduled appointment is booked for you and only you, our Aestheticians cannot fill no-show appointments, so we ask our clients to have consideration for their waxer!

When Scheduling appointments over $100, we require a credit card number to hold your appointment.

Scheduling Considerations:
OC Waxing is a busy waxing specialty salon and we strive to get you the appointment times you desire. We always appreciate our clients booking ahead so we can guarantee you get waxed when you need to be! To ensure your bikini waxing discount, pre-book your appointments to make it easier for you to remember your waxing and to make it a priority.
We ask that our female clients take their menstrual cycle into consideration before booking their bikini waxing appointments. We ask this because OC Waxing’s Aestheticians will wax all female clients who are on their period, therefore we do not consider this a reason for last minute cancellations. If you do not want to get waxed on your period, please consider your cycle and schedule your appointment accordingly. Don’t forget your tampon!

Late appointments:
We make every consideration to accommodate our clients if they are late. Please keep in mind that we book appointments in 15-30 minute increments, therefore we usually cannot accommodate our clients that are over 5 minutes late. We understand things happen like traffic, kids, jobs and life, but please allow ample time to make your appointment time.

Bikini Waxing Price Protocol:
All Brazilian and playboy bikini waxing appointments will receive a $10 discount for monthly visits. Monthly visits are considered to be appointments that are conducted on or before the same date as the previous appointment (ie: June 15th appointment means you must get waxed by July 15th).
Bikini “touch-up” appointments are considered “touch-ups” only if they are within 2 weeks of your last waxing appointment (14 days).
Baldy Buck stamps are issued every time you receive the same waxing treatment. Once you have filled your Baldy Buck, your next waxing treatment will be free. Filled Baldy Bucks may not be saved for a later date.
Bikini appointments that are rescheduled after no-shows may receive Baldy Bucks, but will not receive monthly 10% discounts.
